TEREA Yellow Italy Flavor Profile
Mellow Tobacco Blend
The foundation of TEREA Yellow is a mellow tobacco blend. Rather than focusing on an intense or heavily roasted tobacco character, Yellow is designed around a lighter and smoother tobacco profile.
This makes the tobacco note the main part of the experience while leaving room for the additional citrus-inspired aroma.
Zesty Citrus Notes
The defining aromatic feature of TEREA Yellow is its zesty character. IQOS describes the blend as a mellow tobacco profile accompanied by zesty aroma notes.
The citrus character gives the tobacco blend a brighter aromatic dimension. It does not turn the product into a fruit-flavored stick; tobacco remains the core profile.
No Strong Menthol Character
TEREA Yellow is different from cooling varieties such as TEREA Blue or Turquoise. IQOS describes Yellow around mellow tobacco and zesty aroma notes, while Blue and Turquoise have more noticeable cooling characteristics.
For adult users who prefer tobacco without a pronounced menthol sensation, the flavor description places Yellow in a different part of the TEREA range.
TEREA Yellow vs TEREA Silver
TEREA Yellow and Silver are both tobacco-focused options, but their aromatic profiles differ.
TEREA Yellow is described as a mellow tobacco blend with zesty aroma notes. TEREA Silver is a balanced toasted tobacco blend refined with light spicy-herbal aroma notes.
The difference can be summarized as:
| Feature | TEREA Yellow | TEREA Silver |
|---|---|---|
| Tobacco Character | Mellow | Balanced toasted |
| Main Aroma | Zesty citrus | Spicy herbs |
| Menthol | No dominant menthol | No dominant menthol |
| Overall Profile | Light and aromatic | Toasted and herbal |
TEREA Yellow vs TEREA Amber
TEREA Amber has a rounded toasted tobacco profile with light woody and nutty aroma notes. Yellow instead focuses on mellow tobacco and zesty aromas.
This makes the two sticks distinct in their aromatic direction. Amber stays closer to roasted, woody, and nutty tobacco characteristics, while Yellow introduces a brighter citrus-inspired note.
TEREA Yellow vs TEREA Sienna
Sienna is described by IQOS as a rounded toasted tobacco blend with woody and light tea aroma notes. Yellow has a mellow tobacco foundation with zesty aroma notes.
Both remain tobacco-oriented products, but their secondary aromas create different experiences.
Designed for IQOS ILUMA
One of the most important characteristics of TEREA Yellow is its compatibility with the IQOS ILUMA family.
TEREA sticks work with the SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM, which is used by IQOS ILUMA devices. The system heats the tobacco stick using induction rather than relying on the traditional blade found in older IQOS generations.
IQOS ILUMA
TEREA Yellow can be used with compatible IQOS ILUMA devices.
IQOS ILUMA PRIME
The premium ILUMA PRIME model is part of the compatible ILUMA family.
IQOS ILUMA ONE
The all-in-one ILUMA ONE is also designed for use with TEREA sticks.
IQOS states that TEREA sticks should only be used with IQOS ILUMA devices and should not be inserted into older IQOS generations.
How to Use IQOS TEREA Yellow
Using TEREA Yellow requires a compatible IQOS ILUMA device.
Step 1: Prepare the Device
Make sure the IQOS ILUMA device has sufficient battery power and is ready for a heating session.
Step 2: Insert the TEREA Stick
Insert the TEREA Yellow stick into the holder as indicated by the device instructions. Avoid forcing the stick into the device.
Step 3: Start the Session
Activate the device according to the instructions for your specific IQOS ILUMA model.
Step 4: Use the Stick
Once the device indicates that it is ready, use the TEREA stick normally.
Step 5: Remove the Used Stick
After the session, remove the used TEREA stick as instructed by the device manufacturer.
IQOS states that one TEREA experience is designed to last up to 14 puffs or six minutes, whichever comes first.
TEREA Yellow Stick Construction
TEREA sticks are engineered specifically for the ILUMA induction system. A metal heating element is incorporated inside the tobacco stick, allowing the compatible device to heat the tobacco through induction.
This construction is one of the key differences between TEREA and older tobacco sticks designed for blade-based IQOS devices.
Do Not Disassemble the Stick
TEREA sticks should never be opened or dismantled. IQOS warns that the stick contains a sharp metal component that can cause serious injury if swallowed.
Used and unused sticks should also be kept away from children.
